Yes! At our Scarborough cottages each cottage has a dedicated parking spot for one car & at our Pickering cottage, there is ample free on street parking.
Don't worry! There is lots of free on road parking or simply park at the village hall just down the road.
Check in is 3pm and check out is at 10am, however please let us know if you would like it altered.
We try as much as we can to accommodate. If you would like either, please message us so we can plan for it.
No! Unlike many other Cottages, you can stay from 1 night upwards, we love being able to offer our guests full flexibility.
Our cottages either have keypads or key-safes. You will get a message with all the details around 2 days before your trip, plenty of time for you to look it over and get in touch if you do have any questions.
Yes! If you do need to make changes, please contact us and we will do what we can to accommodate your changes.
Yes! We try to offer deals throughout the year for our guests, keep an eye on socials for the latest, but we also offer website exclusive deals so check it out.
Ideally yes, this just ensures that we have enough bedding, towels etc. for your party and any requirements for a Travel cot or highchair is met. (Don't worry, it doesn't change the price)
At the Scarborough cottages there is a bus station directly outside the cottages for easy access into Scarborough town centre and other bus routes, please check out the local bus guides (can be found on google) & Pickering, has a bus stop less than a 5 min walk away.
Super close! It's at the bottom of the road. A 5 Minute walk away at best.
Only a 10 to 15 min drive away, depending on where you're going, & our Pickering cottage is around a 30min drive.
Absolutely, all cottages have not only bedding & towels but all the things you would need for a home away from home stay.
Yes! We have done our best to include everything you might need or want during your stay including kettle, microwave, toaster & air fryer.
It sure does! We ensure the cottages are kept at a toasty warm temperature during the winter months and we offer fans during the summer months, to keep guests cool.
We provide both on request, please let us know ahead of your stay to ensure we have them available for your arrival.
Yes! You are only a few minutes walk away in Pickering from the town centre, bustling with café's, restaurants and pubs & in Scarborough you have multiple pubs, a restaurant and a fish & chip shop in the village (in case you don't want to drive to the town centre).
Please contact us and we'll do our best to meet with your required needs. Most of our cottages do have stairs, however we have a one-bedroom cottage on one level that requires no stairs and is accessible.

We have so many including: Flamingoland, North Yorkshire Water Park, Dalby Forest, North Yorkshire Moors Railway, Whitby & Robin Hood's bay - something for everyone.
We sure do! Each cottage includes hand soap, washing-up liquid, toilet roll, and shower gel. You'll even find a welcome pack with tea, coffee, milk and yummy biscuits to settle in with.
There is a co-op & Lidl in Pickering town centre, a short drive or walk away from the cottage or there is a large Spar Garage with a good size shop with anything you'll need for your stay in East Ayton, only a 5 min drive from the Scarborough cottages.
